A polytechnic student who witness the car vandalism.

A student who live around Vic Avenue witnessed people vandalizing two months back on the 2nd September 2009 in the afternoon around 2.30PM and since then he had still remember the vandal's face. "He was tall Chinese man, around 180cm and had a scar on his left cheek. He was wearing a brown checkered shirt and blue jeans." said the student.
