Recently, I have received an email from my friend stating a crime he witnessed in the multi-storey car park. Hence, I urge everyone to check out the tips and advices I had obtained from Pete, the policeman.

Last night, I was parking my car at Block 10 multi-storey car park level 3, and i actually saw all those cars being sprayed with paint and were scratched. I hope that everyone can be on the lookout for each other and inform the police of any suspicious characters in our neighborhood. Maybe you can check out some tips for drivers when parking our cars in the carpark from the policeman Pete.
