Yesterday I caught up with Mr Vejaya, a witness to one of the many vandalism incident happening around here.
Mr Vejaya, a businessman who was walking in his estate car park at around 9 in the evening when he heard a loud hissing sound followed by loud laughters intrigued, he went to take a closer look. To his surprise, he saw a group of teenagers spray painting a car Knowing that he was outnumbered he just shout out "police!" so that those teenagers would stop and just go away.
